Mr Arvind Kapur, the Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of Rico Auto Industries Limited, brings over 45 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. He has developed deep expertise across all critical facets of the business and is recognized as a key industry leader.

Mr Kapur has served as a Director on the Boards of several prominent companies and actively contributes to various professional organizations. Notably, he served as the President of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) for the 2011-12 term and has been a representative on the Executive Body of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Mr Kapur is a graduate of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, USA.
