Mr Yasuhiro Iida joined DENSO Corporation, Japan in 1985 and has had a distinguished career with it . In August 2008, he was appointed Director of the Production Engineering Division, where he led the development of production systems for components in areas such as thermal, diesel, gasoline, and ceramics.

In 2011, Mr Iida became President of DENSO Thailand Co. Ltd., and in 2012, he was appointed Executive Director of DENSO Corporation. In 2015, Mr Iida was named CEO of the Asia-Pacific region (President, DENSO International Asia Limited). He went on to become Head of the Thermal Systems Business Group in 2018 and Head of the Global Production Center in 2021. In 2022, as the Head of the Purchasing Group, he played a key role in promoting carbon neutrality, digital transformation, and business continuity planning (BCP). Mr. Iida is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of DENSO International India Pvt. Ltd.

Mr Yasuhiro Iida holds a Ph.D in Production System Engineering from Nagoya Institute of Technology.
