Shradha Suri Marwah is the Chairperson and Managing Director of Subros Ltd., a joint venture between the Indian Promoters, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan and DENSO Corporation, Japan. Established in 1985, Subros Ltd is recognized as a market leader in Thermal products and solutions and technologies.

Shradha joined the company in 2001, became Managing Director in 2008 and Chairperson & Managing Director in 2021.

Shradha is the elected President (2023-25) of Automotive Components Manufacturers Association (ACMA). She is also part of the National Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Maruti Suzuki Supplier Welfare Association (MSSWA).

As part of her responsibilities, Shradha represents the family on the board of Rohan Motors Ltd which is one amongst the largest Maruti Dealerships based in North India. She is also part of the Governing Body of the Education vertical of the group.

Shradha has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi (Hindu College). She also went on to earn two post-graduate degrees, a Masters in Management (University of Leeds) and a Masters in Economics & Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science(LSE), University of London.
